Q:You are factory or Trade Company?
A：We are factory.
Q:What format of design drawings do we accept?
A: Adobe Illustrator file is the best, but PDF, PS, PNG JPEG also is OK.Even hand drawing is also fine.
Q:How about the sample policy?
A:We can provide 2 pcs free samples.
You need to pay mold fee and shipping cost (if need to do your design ).
Q:What other special products can we produce?
A:We custom Medals, Challenge coins, Badges and Trophies.
Q: What is the MOQ?
A: We do customer design, so we do not have MOQ, but we advice no less than 50pcs, then price is more favorable.
Q:What is the payment terms?
A:30% deposit and balance before shipping,we will take photo show details when goods ready.
Q:How do I pay my order?
A:Bank transfer,PayPal, Western Union and Alipay.
Q:Could you show us the design with our logo before we make payment?
A:That is no problem,we can do rough design to show how it look.
Q:Which delivery way is avaiable?
A:FedEx, DHL, UPS, and TNT.
Q:What is the time for sampling or delivery?
A:Normally,7-8days for sample then 12-15days for production. It really refer to the products.
Q:What guarantee do i have since we have to pay all before shipping?What if we get the goods wrong or in poor quality?
A:We will photo or video the products before ship them out for you. You can see with your own eyes.
Q:Can I ues my own delivery account , if I have?
A: Sure, that is okay.
Q:Do I need to pay custom TAX?
A:yes, all the import TAX including VAT(if have) is paid by buyer side.
Q:How about the standard quality?
A:We try our best to meet 100% good for you. Defect rate is less than 2%.
