A: Adobe Illustrator file is the best, but PDF, PS, PNG JPEG also is OK.Even hand drawing is also fine.

A:We can provide 2 pcs free samples.
You need to pay mold fee and shipping cost (if need to do your design ).

A: We do customer design, so we do not have MOQ, but we advice no less than 50pcs, then price is more favorable.

As you can see the above picture,we have 12 steps.

1.Design Artwork

Normally the factory do not design the artwork,it is provided by the clients. This is the very importtant step. We need to confirm all the points. It usually takes about 2-3 days.

2.Mold Making

After you confirmed the design artwork,we move to mold making. We will use different methond to make a mould or a number of molds. It refers to the design and the size of the products. It usually takes 3-4 days.

3.Mold Improving

We will do a sample to test the mold and see if there are mistakes or defects. We can correct them at this stage. It usually takes 1 days or 12 hours.

4&5. Stamping&Die Casting

We will start to producing the real products at this stage. We will use different method to produce the products. Some by stamping,some by die casting. The badges ,medals will use a similar way. Trophies will use a different way. It usually takes1- 2 days for the badges and medals. 2-3 days for the trophies.

6.Polishing

This steps is really important. It is a key point. For the products which have a mirror finishing effect, we need to do much more work at this step because most the defects will be caused by doing something wrong here. It usually takes 2 days.

7. Plating

Plating is very fast if everything had been done well from polishing. Some items may need re-polish or re-make at this steps. It usually takes 2 days.

8. Color Filling

Usually we done this part by machine. We will use manual to do some hard parts. It usually takes 2 days.

9.Baking

We will heat the products after we done the color filling. Some defects will occur at this stage. It usually takes 2 days.

10. Attachment.

For small items such as medals,badges,we need to put the components on. For trophies,it is the time to put the main body attached with the base for example. It usually takes 2-3 days.

11. Packing

This is the end of the production. We do the final quality check and put the item into the cartons. It usually takes 1-2 days. Then we will start to ship the items to clients.
